.....Post Here Instead!

Postby Turlough » Thu Mar 15, 2007 1:13 pm

In this thread, those of you who have not posted to Angoid's thread "Do Not Post Into This Thread" may say whatever you wanted to say there but did not. But those of you that did already post to said thread are not to post here, and I will leave it up to the people who have followed Angoid's instruction to catch any poster from that thread who ventures to post here as well.

I've seen "Do not post into this thread" topics on other boards (I got the idea originally from the Business Objects Board) but not a "post here instead"

Maybe I should head over to the B:mrgreen:B and start this one over there!

What's the reason behind life?

This thread doesn't make more or less sense than many others things in this world that I never understood.

Perhaps this should be the topic that answers all the random questions out there..

for example:
why dont sheep shrink when it rains?
We shall not cease from exploration
And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time.

Is it also true that sheep living in hilly areas have two legs shorter than the other two?
I had it drilled into me from a very early age :)

Also,

I keep meaning to buy this book.

EDIT I can't get the link to copy properly - try pasting it into the taskbar

:P    Nessie! Gotcha!   :P

But anyway, the living wool is not under tension, it's open-ended, so if it could shrink without it being noticed (If you really wanted an answer)

Here's a few...

*If nothing sticks to TEFLON... what makes TEFLON stick to the pan?
*If a store is open 24/7, why are there locks on the doors?
*Is there really a such thing as a 'civil war'?
*If sunflower oil is made of sunflowers, peanut oil from peanuts and olive oil from olives... then what's baby oil made from?
*Why do some animals love playing in the water but hate baths?
