Any time in July is good for me, as long as dates are set by April so I can book my holidays at work I'm happy.

I wish I could have been at the Gweedore Gathering this summer. But I didn't have time nor enough money. But I hope - and wish - that I could come next year.

But I don't know it yet. :(

I'm planning a trip to Ireland in late October (always wanted to see Halloween in Ireland), but I gather the weather in Donegal might be a bit rough then?

depends where you go really balor, not exactly sight seeing weather sometimes but i'm sure you'd survive!

Ok, people, let's revive this topic a little- have we definately got enough people on board at a particular time to say that we can start organising things? After all, the further in advance we have the dates, the cheaper it'll be to book and the more likely it is that people could come, right?

I agree Ness, even if I can't come I would certainly love to help planning stuff. hehe I think the little organiser in me doesn't want to leave it be.

I think only an admin (ANGUS!!!) or the person that started the topic (ANGUS!!!) can make it into a pol. I think we should not create another topic, because then nobody remembers where to find what information. 8) As far as I can see possible dates mentioned by members are

july:
15-22:Grania, Eternal Silence (19-22),Nessieq, Lady Ryu, Wonky_Eggs
22-29: Richard, Grania,Nessieq, Lady Ryu, Wonky_Eggs
August:
29-5: Richard
16-19 Eternal Silence
last two weeks: Lady Ryu

So it seems July is preferable up to now.

Hiya all ....

As there's already a poll going here I don't think a second poll can be added to the same topic.

However, what I can do is pin the topics to the top of their respective forums, and when the subjects "die" (i.e. after the event next year) unpin them so they sink away on their own. Also, add "Gweedore Gathering" to the start of the topic titles so it's clear what they're about:

Gweedore Gathering: Preferred Dates for example.

But for now, work is about to rudely interrupt .......

Is it not possible to remove this poll and then add a new one? This one seems a bit pointless now, since it is obvious loads of people want to come  hehe but then we could have guessed, couldn't we!

Well, I voted for August 13th - August 20th ... The other dates are far too early for me and I'd love to join you this time ... :|

I voted July 16th - 23rd, cuz that's most likely the time I will be around :) but then the 19th - 22nd of july, but that doesn't matter.
