Your favourite beverage?

Postby Nigel » Tue Sep 28, 2004 8:54 pm

Just wondering what everybody drinks. Whether it be at work, home or anywhere else.
I like to drink tea throughout the day. And i do drink a lot of tea. Im talking about 10 - 15 cups/mugs a day:mrgreen: . I can't stand coffee though, but i may drink it in the morning for a quick wake-me-up. I am not really a heavy alcohol drinker, only drinking if i go out.
Oh, and i drink a lot of water too.

So what do you drink? And what's your favourite drink?
Any alcoholic's here?

In the poll, please put the drink you drink the most!

i LOVE coffee...i practically live at a little cafe downtown called the Bliss Cafe. it's where i go and what i do to relax after a stressful day with my students. i don't drink alcohol. water is probably what i drink most...then coffee...then teas, but my favorite is coffee. i know beans like some people know wines. i used to be able to drink a cup of fresh ground and tell you where in the world they came from. but, that was a couple of years back and my taster isn't as honed as it used to be 8)

I hate all kinds of hot drinks, hot chocolate included (and even if it would be cold!), but I'm absolutely addicted to soft drinks such as Coca-Cola and others... And, as I am an absolutist, no beer, wine nor spirits for me, thanks!

Coffee is the one I drink most, but my favourite is BEER! :D

Proper English beer mind you, and I don't drink so much of it nowadays but it still tastes great.

Any other beer lovers out there? My favourite has to be the Badger brewery's "Golden Champion" mmmmmmm :)

I haven't worked up the courage to drink coffee yet. :? - Maybe on my 16th birthday  which is only a couple of weeks away :?

I mostly drink sqaushes - orange and blackcurrant in great quantities, but I do like REAL apple juice. I had some in France a short while back which might as well have just been squeezed (I know that's not strictly correct, but you know what I mean ) It was the most gorgeous stuff I've ever tasted!

Anyone else like that kind of thing?

Happy drinking  - Grania

hey where's the coca cola and other drinks like that? :o
i'm a coca cola maniac. i never have bottles of it at home, because i would drink it ways to fast, and it is not really healthy. but in restaurants i'm always asking for coca cola. so i have always to ask "do you have coca cola or pepsi? pepsi? ok, then i'll have mineral water." i only like coca cola no other cola-like drinks. but chocolate milk is great to.
and as for alcoholic drinks i love whiskey.

I said Squeezed Fruit Juice as it's my favourite, but during the day I tend to drink more coffee and water than anything else, simply because it's freely available (in exactly the same way that squeezed fruit juice isn't).

As far as coffee goes .... Xinglong Coffee Rules!!! Wonderful stuff!

Alcohol - only every now and again, usually with a meal. Never been a great beer drinker. Baileys however, well, that's a differnt story.

And it's Irish to boot
