Megan Mullally (Will & Grace)

Postby Roibeard Óg » Mon Jan 12, 2009 9:36 am

I was watching 'Will and Grace' this morning, and Megan (Karen) sang a song on it and it turns out she has her own band! It's sort of old-time/trad stuff. They've recorded 'Wind and Rain' (a version of Clannad's Two Sisters, Loreena's Two Bonny Swans etc...) and I thought I'd drop a message in. I just ordered the album there and it sounds really nice and calm =)

Although I've never heard anything of her singing outside of W&G, a friend of mine says she's very good. I must get around to having a listen one of these days.

Yeah, it came as a surprise to me! But you can hear samples of all the songs from their latest album by clicking on cdBaby on their website. I'm too used to the high-pitched Karen voice, so I was pleasantly surprised to hear her real voice in song xD
