Well, Angoid, whatever "normal" is, it Isn't me. That much I can tell you. And for your visit to the state of Confusion, just mention my name. You'll get the best treatment. They know me well over there.

OK, Methica. My coffee got cold too fast this morning. My back hurts. One of my twin nephews spit up on me. My allergies are killing me today. All your fault then????

I know I'm not exactly Methica, but....
...My coffee got cold too fast this morning...

Something sucking all the Brownian motion out of your coffee? Could it be an Infinite Improbabilty Drive, or is that too improbable
Any anyway, it needs to be a cup of tea, not coffee  so VERY improbable, most probably....

You could be quite right, Angoid. The problem is I need the jolt from Coffee in the morning or I don't function. It's either that or putting a wet finger into an electrical socket. Tea, I enjoy in the afternoon or evening. Besides, if I build an improbability drive, I'll probably end up in a reality Methica is making more dinosaurs and there is a dozen copies of me ...

LOL, my favourite bit from hitch hikers guide there Angoid. "Give it a very HOT cup of tea" and he created the infinite improbability drive from out of thin air!

I know .... that in and of itself was quite improbable, wasn't it

And the question is, "What do you get if you multiply six by nine?"

There is a fundamental flaw in the universe.

However, if you use number base thirteen, then 6 * 9 does indeed equal 42 .......

I see where you're coming from, Angus. But, if the universe has a flaw, then that flaw in turn must have a flaw.

But then, the flaw in the flaw could be what puts the universe back on track
