I like decaf coffee - flavored coffees like Irish Cream or vanilla in particular Image

I also like tea Image Again, strictly decaf, but I do drink flavored green tea, or chamomile with honey. Very soothing too. :D

I love green teas, oolong, white tea, especially silver needle when I can afford it. I also like organic coffee, it's less bitter. I don't do a lot of juices, but I do love watermelon juice and the ginger limeade from Juice Evolution. I also love Jun (a cultured beverage). Kefir. And of course, water. Sometimes a glass of red wine.

Oh, and I do love soy milk, rice milk and almond milk. I make a great hot cocoa using soy milk, ground up valrhona dark cocoa, grade B maple syrup and then I add a teaspoon of coconut oil. YUMMY! I think I'll make one right now!

I drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, and I'II have to admit I like a heaped tea spoon of coffee in a glass of cold soy milk.

Red tea is made from the leaves of the African shrub rooibos. It is also called red tea. It is hard to describe its taste other than it is very refreshing. I buy the celestial seasonings brand usually but the republic of tea is also good. It is caffeine free.
