Okay this is just in the 'idea' stage but I have been discussing with Lizzy the idea of forming a group for people who would like to learn irish.
Possibly the best way to go about it is to form an email-group and maybe different people can contribute some of the things they have learned in the form of a lesson for others. We could maybe have a different teacher every week?!

Let me know here or in a pm if you want to participate and I ll add you to my email list (that is if you send me your email address)

Hmm- I'm confused as to how this works- you want each of us to be the teacher, mise? I'm afraid I dont think I could teach any of you anything about irish as I barely learned any in the first place and most of that I have already forgot! If you have room for someone like me then count me in, but I'm afraid I wont be much use!

This idea sounds really nice. I'm very interested in learning some Gaelic. It's such a wonderful language. :)

Well count me in as well! :) I'm also interested in joining. And learning some 'Basic' words  . But i'm really a 'starter' in this thing, to already be a teacher.. that's a bit difficult, I think!

Ohhh don't worry if you have no Irish at all yet. Those who have some Irish or have a book at home or a course online could put that information in some kind of lesson. This way you can learn yourself but also give this new information to others. That was my thinking anyway. If you don't feel comfortable doing so don't worry and please join inthe learning!
