Polo: fireworks? Do I have any photos of fireworks?
Unless you meant the photos from Edinburgh? They weren`t fireworks, there is a brilliant museum-like place called Camera Obscura with most unusual stuff... :) This was a dark corridor with a glass on one side and mirrors all around and few rows of lights that changed colours... The effect I tried to catch on the photos.

LOL, I thought those were fireworks, too! Fantastic photos and a great new avatar :)

Great pictures, Siobhan! You're such a good photographer. I was already wondering what those lights were. I didn't think they were fireworks, but I couldn't really figure it out =P.
And I really like this one: http://picasaweb.google.com/joanna.melon/Edi#5279275844912470626. I was trying out some things by doing that the other day too, it gives a great effect in some cases =P.

OK, more photos from my recent winter visit to Donegal....

I've picked out the best ones as I took over 100 photos so thought it best to trim that down a wee bit!

The view from the Hostel we stayed in:
http://i74.photobucket.com/albums/i244/Andypandy_bucket/Donegal%20in%20Winter/IMG_0008.jpg

Pretty rocks on the beach, near Bunbeg I think:

View towards Muckish on the road through Churchill:
http://i74.photobucket.com/albums/i244/Andypandy_bucket/Donegal%20in%20Winter/IMG_0049.jpg

A road through the mountains which name escapes me: (i'll edit this when i know where it is!)
http://i74.photobucket.com/albums/i244/Andypandy_bucket/Donegal%20in%20Winter/IMG_0030.jpg

Lake at the same location, I thought looked very pretty:

The back-side  of Muckish:

Interesting Frost patterns at bloody foreland:

Rocks at the bloody foreland (they were slippery, trust me on that one):

And finally the best saved until last....

Gorgeous winter sunset at Bunbeg beach:

Great photos, Andy.

Good to see that 'Ruff the (obviously less than) Tragic Wagon' not only got you there, he got you a fair old way up Bunbeg beach into the bargain!!!

Thanks Dave,

The weather was definately on our side and that always helps with photos.

I forgot to post this piccie too....

Its a tribute to British engineering of the past that I could even attempt to drive the thing all that way. 3 months previous to that photo it was a total mess and the previous owner just gave it to us.

I've been trying to figure out the milage for the trip and I reckon it will be pushing 1000 miles.... Not bad for a 44 year old vehicle I got for nothing :)

PS an alternate name which came to me as I was driving back home: The Muck Filled Clatterbus.
