You'll be glad you did!

Put it on when you're going to bed, pop your headphones in, turn the volume up and turn the lights off - it's such a wonderful song, you can really picture the scene described in the lyrics.

My latest one....

Postby cantilena91 » Mon Feb 21, 2005 2:55 pm

Artist: Secret Garden
Album: Earthsongs (Norwegian edition & international edition)
Comments: Took a bit of "false start" with this album and ordered it through a webstore (without having a credit card, they billed me!). What an ear-treat!!! The quality of Secret Garden's unique style plus some exciting new things there! I won't reveal more...

Suvi (the difference between the Norwegian and international editions is the singer of one of the songs, instead of Brian Kennedy who's on Norwegian edition there is Russell Watson singing the same piece on the international edition)

Maybe I should get that one, too! Once in a Red Moon was great, so if this one is better, well... :D :D

Karine Polwart, "Faultlines" which is absolutely IMMENSE, i haven't been so excited about an album since the day i heard "harry's game" for the first time.
vaughn Williams;" A Sea Symphony"- what canm i say, I'm a sucker for the classics.

I ordered Clannad - Live in Concert and a couple of older Clannad albums about 2 weeks or so ago.

Received the older albums very quickly (I used Amazon) but have still to receive the Live in Concert album :)

I bought "Bar Casablanca" from pippo pollina. wonderful italian songs, again a especially like the instrumental song on the album...

"Bryn Terfel sings favourites" from bryn terfel, thanks to suvi. we already have some albums of him, but a duet with andrea bocelli, had to buy it. and the whole album is really beautiful.
Matteo - always in my heart

Album: Les Choristes (The Chorus) OST
Comment: Would love to see the film itself, because the music on the OST is sooooo sweet! Great boys singing in French...

Latest additions:

Moby "Hotel". I've played the 1st CD a few times already today, and a bit of the bonus ambient CD, and I do like what I hear. Very much a progression from "18", and quite different to "Play" and especially any before. Stand-out tracks so far are "Beautiful", "Lift Me Up" and "Spiders".

Rufus Wainwright "Want Two" - Moby beat this to the CD player, so I haven't had chance to listen yet, but from the samples on his website, it looks like this is his best album yet.
