I'm in my best years hehe  . I become 33 on 29th of October. But actually I feel younger --- sometimes
Huh stop! I become 34  - ok now I feel a biiiiit old.
Of what benefit would it be to me if Christ had been born a thousand times, and it would daily be sung into my ears in a most lovely manner, if I were never to hear that he was born for me and was to be my very own? (Martin Luther)

Age is a number after all ~ why should it be so intimidating??

I know, I know : "You are always as old as you feel." Oh dear! Sometimes I think I should receive pension since years!!! And it was also a biiiit demoralizing when my youngest nephew recently asked: "Sim? Who is older, you or Mummy (my sister)? Waaaaahhhh --- many thanks! :x
Actually she is 40 now - but looks like 30. So he was forgiven.

By the way Sandy, you are right. It doesn't intimidate me either. I surely would like to be younger and light-hearted sometimes. But sometimes also elder and wiser. Anyway, I love every section in my life.
greetings,
Simi

LOL, then you're the opposite of me.
I'm almost 19, but many people think that I am still 16. I usually take it as a compliment, but it can be pretty annoying, too.
I don't like showing people my passport to prove that I'm grown-up.

I turned 21 in April and people in stores still ask me to show them an ID anytime I buy certain products  I see it as compliment.

LOL I can relate. I'm just about 14 (in a couple weeks), but people think I'm a lot older for some reason. I've been mistaken to be over 18 at times.

TELL me about it. When i was your age, I used to get dirty looks when I asked for the child priced tickets on buses and cinemas, all sorts of nonsense!! It's mad!!! Oh well, at least you can boast you're mature for your age

But when they do ask they ask it for my feeling really sneaky...!
Like you arre 16 right??
And I always, wel mostly say no before I know it, and then I won´t get it anymore..:(
So annoying, already happend to many times!

That sounds really annoying!

I've no idea if I look older than I am  No one's ever asked me for ID or anything like that - but I know someone who was in her mid twenties and people wouldn't serve her in bars; drove her mad!
