Address change reactivation won't

I just changed my email address from wweber@gis.net to wmweber1046@verizon.net. Several times I requested reactivation and each time I was told the reactivation email was sent to the address I gave. Is it ever being sent? What must I do?

Hi Turlough.

I'll flag your plight with Grania - and also try to get hold of Angus (although I haven't seen him around in a while). I'm sure one of them will be able to get you up and running again! Looks like they just haven't spotted your message.

Hi Turlough, sorry, I haven't quite made it back to reality yet! I'll see if I can get in touch with our tech-experts - I'm afraid I'm not very good with these things!
