I adore Hourglass, it's a shame it isn't more readily (sp? sorry my brain's up the creek today) avaliable. The video is fantastic too if I remember rightly.

I voted absolutely love more for the song than the video. The song is completely amazing, one of my favorite Clannad songs. In my opinion, the video is ok, but I'm not sure if it really added a ton to the song. Of course, that could be because the songs is so good on it's own. The melody, the lyrics, everything is great!

Well, the video is OK but it doesn't suitable for Clannad's sound. To be honest this is not my favourite song.
Clannad's sound is ethereal and magical, that's why I love The Hunter video. It's deep, mystical and beautiful.

I never managed to figure out what the song was really all about, especially the video for it confused me. If I was to introduce people to Clannad, I would certainly not use this track, but ofcourse for every real Clannad fan, it's a must have!

I'm not sure what to think about the song and the video since I do not really understand what they are about. So I just voted "I like it".

I like the song, but like Mise, the video confused me a bit. They are both good in their own right, but I'm not too sure about the effect the two of them have together. If that makes sense now. But overall, I like it.

I'm the same- unsure as to what the video was about, I'm sure there's soe story behind it but I can't figure it out at all. Loved the song tho.

Hmm- yeah, but I got the feeling that there was a more specific story behind the Hourglass vid than CTYH. Perhaps not, but that was the feeling I got. Does anyone know anything about where the song was originally released?

'Hourglass' is such a wonderful video, it amazes me that very few seem to like it (whether on Moya, or elsewhere), 'Hourglass' to me, represents the truth of the matter, that racism should never happen (I think that's the meaning anyway). I love the video for its sincerity.
