Methica wrote:The song Vanora sings?

"Land of bear and land of eagle,
land that gave us birth and blessing,
land that calls us ever homeward,
we will go home, across the mountains"

That song?
If it is, then it hasn't been released, but I have found several downloads on the internet...

That's the one, sooo beautiful. I wonder if it's a tradtional song? If so I'd love to know the whole thing

At one point there was a link to a version of the song in a review someone posted about the soundtrack on the American iTunes. You might look there.

My favourite track on the album is "Tell me now", but "All of them!" comes directly after it. In my opinion, the whole soundtrack is very good and it supports the atmosphere of the film very well. Moya's voice sounds absolutely amazing!

I watched the movie just because Moya was singing on it but I didn't expect to like it so I was suprised that I did. :D
I found on gomusic.ru an expanded score for King Arthur that I bought but it doses not have that song that Vanora sang on it. :(

hmmm. I've not seen the film, but I like the song.

Lets take your example of liking the film more than you did, but you watched it because it had Máire in, now I've not seen the film, so an example would be,

I decided to watch 'The Last of the Mohicans' because it had Clannad's song 'I Will Find You' and, well I fell in love with the film, now I watch it whenever its on. And, well the film version of 'I Will Find You' is much better than the CD version, but that's my opinion.

Night all.

If you haven't seen King Arthur, I suggest it - it's very very different from your average King Arthur story, but as a film on it's own it's really really good.

I recommend the Directors cut since it is the extended version!

I watched the movie when it was in the cinema. I must say I didn't really know what to think of it because I had expected the king arthur story, not the story that's in the film. I think I need to watch the movie again because during that time I didn't realize Moya sang in it :)
Enjoy watching Jvan

I've just finished watching the DVD... WOW! I finally have to say that Moya has one of the greatest voices on Earth

Do you hear the difference between the version of 'Tell me now' at the end of the movie and the version which is on the soundtrack? Moya's voice is higher and the songs has some guitar in the melody...

Wow Jvan you are right. I have never noticed that before. I have both versions and I never noticed it before. I got the Tell Me Now/End Credit version from the Expanded King Arthur score.
