It's true!! I'm sure anyone who's done it would agree- if everyone lived each day like it was their last then we would all live very different lives than we do now, dont you think?

Here's an odd one for you:
You havent lived until you've sung a madrigal (it ROCKS and is a must do for all singers, whom i think probably get more pleasure out of it than the audience!)

And another:

...until you've taken part in a play.

I agree with you totally - it's just something that isn't really possible to do :(

Now there's something I would like to try :D Got any examples?

You haven't lived until you've watched the kind of film you can sit back and enjoy on every level :D

 Or my dad's lasagne!

You haven't lived until you've listened to a song, and found that it applies so much to how you feel about a best friend that you've almost started crying

Do you think I should get the bowling ally to play it for her birthday? :D

You haven't lived until

you've lost a friend =)

you've danced in front of a big audience. Makes you very aware of every step you take.

you've talked to Moya and Cara Dillon in person ^__^ yay

You haven't lived until you've stood on a mountain top and realized just how small you are in this big world.

Or until you've realized that there's a rather nasty drop off to one side on the top of that mountain and figured out if you're the sort of person who likes to swing their legs over the edge of the drop, or the sort that scuttles away as fast as possible.

You haven't lived until you've beaten someone you thought was faster than you in a running race.

Done that.. YEah!!

You haven't lived untill you remember all the verses of Scarborough Fair and you can sing them to an examinator and surprise him/her with it..

(inspired by G, who obviously for me then, already lived then)

That's MINE!!

You haven't lived until you've rediscovered all the old songs from your childhood, and understood just how amazing it must be to be someone like Moya singing those songs for audiences :D

You haven't lived until you've reeled off all the verses for two very long songs almost without pause
And had your parents sing you with them as you're trying to remember them :D

I'll second that  I used to be in a choir called The Reepham Singers and we used to sing madrigals and other stuff as well .... we even got to sing at the occasional wedding.

You haven't lived until you've slept in an old barn place only mere inches from a leaky tea-urn we had used during the evening .... only to wake up in the middle of the night and find your pillow absolutely soaked.
