I love your photos  My favourite is the second one of Errigal Mountain, Susann. What a sky! Now I know because the Irish sky is one of the most beautiful

What beautiful pics, Susann! Thank you so much for sharing them.

Some of my favourite pics I made in last year.

Susann, you will be in Donegal in June? :D Maybe we could meet for a drink at Leo's?

Thank you all for your nice words. I like it very much to show my photos especially to people who have the same feelings like me when they hear the word "IRELAND". Unfortunatelly I don't know many people with these feelings. I have hundreds of Ireland photos.

Simi, I will be the first 3 weeks of June in Donegal.
Your pictures are also nice. In 2006 I drove the Gap of Mamore, too. Near the gap the Doagh Famine Village is located. Have you ever been there? I spent 3 hours in this very interesting museum. I can recommend it to everybody who is interested in Irish history. There I like especially the link between the past and the world today.

Here are some photos I took in the Doagh Famine Village:

Aaahhhhh! :D Gorgeous pics! Heaven on Earth!
These pictures make it even harder to wait till June!!!

Susann, we have rent a cottage in Crolly for the first two weeks of June and we will be often at Leo's. In any case on Saturday evening.... Would be great if we could meet there -or somewhere else- and could talk about Ireland, which is enthusing us in the same way as it enthuses you. Maybe you have some further tips for us like the Doagh Famine Village. We haven't been there, not yet, but we surely will visit it this June. Thanks a lot!
I agree with you, unfortunately, there are not many people with whom I can talk about Ireland. That's really a pity. I think, some of our friends already think that we are crazy because we spend holidays in Ireland as often as possible.
Thank God my husband is also that enthusiastic about this beautiful land.

Karl, who knows, maybe we'll have a look into the Errigal hostel! I will watch out for your white dog!

Simi, I will be in a B & B in Dore from the 4th or 5th until the 20th June. I think I'm going often to Leo's, too. That you can find me in the pub attached I send a photo from Moya and me.

Susann, I'm looking forward to meet you there!
Our first evening at Leo's will probably be on 5th. And that you can identify us I have attached a photo of my husband and me. The picture was taken at Giant's Causeway - one of the beautiful places we wanna see again in this year!
I know Malin Head and Fanad, we found a lovely Tea-Stop there amidst the "wilderness". We promised the proprietor to come back when we are in Donegal. Mmmmh - he made very delicious tarts.

Simi, that sounds great. I look forward to talking to you and your husband about Ireland and Clannad. I think I will be also in Leo's at the 5th June but maybe it's better to know the mobile phone numbers. I will send my number to your e-mail.

Last year I was at the Giant's Causeway Coast, too. I stayed one night in the Whitepark Bay Hostel. From the hostel I hitchhiked to the Giant's Causeway Visitor Centre and from there I walked along the cliffs back to the hostel. I can recommend this beautiful walk to everybody if the weather is good. Here are some impressions:

Susann, thos pictures are amazing! You had fantastic weather!!!! You should do a calendar and get it published ;-) Thanks for sharing those photos!
Take a music bath once or twice a week for a few seasons, and you will find that it is to the soul what the water bath is to the body.

After silence, that which comes nearest to expressing the inexpressible is music.
